Our Programs and Social Technology

Our main "service" is the Pedagogy of Circularity, a Social Technology that transforms electronic waste into real opportunities. Through it, we offer technical training programs with high added value and positive socio-environmental impact, combining education, technology, and sustainability.

Sustainable Maintenance 4.0 Program

Practical training for young people in the diagnosis, repair, and refurbishment of electronic equipment, using e-waste itself as a teaching tool. The program develops technical skills and promotes the conscious reuse of resources.

Green Entrepreneurship Cycle

Modules on management, finance, and green marketing aimed at training local entrepreneurs. Participants learn to create and manage their own businesses repairing and selling refurbished equipment, strengthening the circular economy in the region.

Social Store (under implementation)

A space dedicated to the sale of equipment refurbished by students, promoting the self-sustainability of the project and offering accessible technology to the community.

Community Reverse Logistics

Implementation of e-waste collection points in local communities, ensuring ethical and environmentally sound disposal. This initiative protects the Amazonian ecosystem and reinforces the socio-environmental responsibility of the region.

We were approved in the iFOOD 2025 Call for Proposals, project "HUB: Safe and Sustainable Route".

Prize of R$300,000.00

It is with great joy and pride that we announce: our project "HUB Safe and Sustainable Route" has been selected in the national iFood Chega Junto! call for proposals.

 We were among the approved projects, competing with thousands across Brazil, and now we will bring more dignity, road safety, health, and income support to delivery drivers in Belém and Ananindeua.

This achievement belongs not only to the Gileade Innovation Social Center (CSIG), but to every delivery driver and every resident of our periphery who believes in social transformation.
